Welcome back to YMCA Camp Santa Maria!
We hope the fall is treating you well with what ever you are doing! Know that you are missed and it is odd to have camp so quiet. Right now I am workign on the summer of 2012 with some changes in programming, staffing, and logistics. There will be a Counselor in Training Program, an expanded Teen Adventure Program, and greater use of the property. In late November and early December, I will be sending out email letters of intent for the summer of 2012. It will be offering positions to staff for the 2012 summer. I will not open job positions until January 2012. Here are a few things that you’ll need in order to be eligible to work on staff at YMCA Camp Santa Maria in 2012.
In addition to the forms below, you will need to do a phone “interview” with me and explore your position in the community. And there will be some additional paperwork for you to fill out that will be sent to you after we talk.

- Staff Health History Form
- Staff Health Care Recommendation Form – Staff must have had a physical exam within the last 12 month
Copy of the Following
- Motor Vehicle Record (staff aged 21 and older)
- Copy of Certification Cards
