Check-In
Sundays, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Please allow approximately 45min - 1 hour for Check-In. Special arrangements for Check-In should be made in advance.
- Arriving at Camp – A Camp Santa Maria staff member will direct your family where to park, and where to go from there.
- Sign In – A parent, guardian or other authorized adult over age 18 must sign your camper in.
- Camper Paperwork – All camper paperwork must be submitted prior to the start of your camper’s session.
- Waivers – Waivers must be completed for some program areas, including rafting, horseback riding and kayaking.
- Luggage – You will be carrying your camper’s luggage to their cabin. Our staff can assist you if needed.
- Camp Store – A deposit may be made into your camper’s account, allowing them to purchase souvenirs and snacks.
- Health Care and Medications – Medications must be submitted. All campers participate in a health check.
- Cabins – After Check-In is complete, meet your child’s counselor and cabin mates and help them get settled in.
Check-Out
Saturdays, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Special arrangements for Check-Out should be made in advance.
- Sign-Out – an authorized adult must sign your child out of camp, and must present photo identification.
- Medications – Collect any medications that you deposited. All campers participate in a health check.
- Camp Store – Please collect the balance of your child’s account. Souvenirs are available for purchase.
- Lost and Found – Please make sure to check the Lost and Found before leaving camp.
