WHAT:

“Teambuilding” is the word we use for developing cabin community. Some of our teambuilding starts on the first day with simply getting to know everyone in our cabins and creating a Cabin Codes of Living for the session. Some of our teambuilding happens when campers head out on trips away from camp. And some of our teambuilding is done with our older campers and includes a variety of low ropes course activities and initiatives. Our Teen Leaders also do a wide variety of teambuilding activities. Our Counselor in Training campers learn how to use these activities with cabin groups as part of their program.
