Parent Guide to Summer Camp

Welcome to the YMCA Camp Santa Maria Parent Page! This section is intended for parents, but campers are welcome to explore here, too. The information provided is designed to help you get yourself and your child ready for an overnight camp experience with us. Check-in Day Information

Check-in time: Sunday between 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Please allow at most 30 minutes for check-in. Any special arrangements for check-in should be made in advance.

All forms and waivers must be submitted prior to your camp session start date. If you completed a late registration, or did not submit your forms in advance, you must submit completed forms to santamaria@ymcabv.org or fax to 303-664-5456 and bring a copy of your completed forms and registration receipt with you to camp check-in.

Check-out Day Information

Check-out time: Saturday between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Mini Camp check-out: Wednesday, 5:00 PM

Special arrangements for check-out must be made in advance.
